At Rio Grande Wireless, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Timeframe for returns or exchanges:
- You have up to 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
Conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and manuals included.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products with broken or removed security seals (when applicable).
How to request an exchange or return:
- Email ventas@riogrande.com.mx with your order number, reason, and photos if necessary.
- Our team will guide you through the collection or delivery process.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.
Shipping costs:
- Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of wrong item shipped or defective product.
